Insert witty tagline here…

Silent Night

with 7 comments

I ran across this song recently.  It’s sung by Lisa Hannigan, who wrote the revised lyrics.  To the tune of Silent Night.

Silent Night

Silent night broken night
all is fallen when you take your flight
i found some hate for you just for show
you found some love for me thinking i’d go
don’t keep me from crying to sleep
sleep in heavenly peace
silent night moonlit night
nothing’s changed nothing is right
i should be stronger than weeping alone
you should be weaker than sending me home
i can’t stop you fighting to sleep
sleep in heavenly peace

  2. I haven’t changed themes. It was a server-side change, probably from the dev who changed where the comments were. Lrn2distinguishbetweenthemesnoobsause

  3. um… everything about the appearance of your blog is controlled by your theme. mine didn’t change at all. so maybe your theme was changed, but regardless, it DID change.

  4. You specify “new”. It is not. It was clearly a minor modification of the same theme. That is all.

P.S. I’m well versed in CSS.

  5. there were several minor changes. enough to be (potentially) a different theme. what’s funny is i wasn’t even criticizing, i just noticed a difference and was pointing it out.

P.P.S. i figured you probably were, but it was concise. something you should look into. OH, BURN!

  6. But I giggle about run-on “lrn2” statements though. What am I supposed to do?
