TREAT
While doing LRW homework (on her birthday nonetheless – Happy Birthday!), Veto began to vent about the TREAT method of legal writing that we’re being taught to follow.
Veto:
Forget style
its blind adherence to this treat paradigm
its like i have to follow the treat paradigm when telling someone to kiss my ass
Me:

Veto:
Question Perscribed: “Will so and so kiss my ass if I tell him/her to on my birthday?”
(T) So and so will most definitely kiss my ass.
(R) A person has to kiss my ass when I say so.
(E) I Said so to so and so so so and so has to kiss my ass.
(A) The kiss my ass rule applies in any situation where I tell someone to kiss my ass and since I told so and so to kiss my ass, so and so has to do so.
